Service design and concept design is a process that creates new processes and service with tools formulated together with the clients. With tools, especially visual tools, we are able to simplify and understand otherwise complex processes or concepts.When we are able to focus more clearly to what is relevant, we are able to develop services, new service concepts and innovations even faster.
My method is to utilize dedicated tools to each subset of development. This can be done by using existing recognized tools or by creating entirely new tools that ensure seamless development process.
